This page is intended for authorized law-enforcement and government officials seeking information relating to Third Place accounts or activity. Ordinary users with account, billing, or general support questions should use the Contact page.

How to submit a request

Authorized law-enforcement and government officials should submit requests to the address below. Please use an official government email address whenever possible. Ordinary customer-support requests should go to Contact (support@thirdplaceapp.co), not this mailbox.

Requests should include:

• Requesting agency, department, and jurisdiction
• Requesting official’s full name
• Title, rank, badge number, or other official identification
• Official government email address
• Telephone number
• Investigation or case number
• The applicable subpoena, warrant, court order, preservation request, emergency request, or other asserted legal authority
• The specific records requested
• Relevant date range
• Available Third Place account identifiers, such as phone number, email address, user ID, profile details, or screenshots
• Signed documentation or official letterhead where applicable

Legal process

Mundanity LLC evaluates requests under applicable law. Valid legal process may be required before account information is disclosed. Requests should be specific and appropriately scoped.

Preservation requests

Authorized officials may request preservation of existing records relating to an official investigation. Preservation requests should include enough information to identify the account, the investigation, the requested scope, and the requested preservation period.

Emergency requests

For emergencies involving imminent danger of death or serious bodily harm, include:

• A description of the emergency
• The person believed to be at risk
• The information requested
• How the requested information could help address or prevent the harm
• A continuously reachable official contact for verification

Data availability
